When will my order be dispatched?

Once you have placed an order from the website, you will receive an order confirmation call from our Customer Care team. After the confirmation from your end, we dispatch the order within 24 hours.

When will my order be delivered?

In Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram, Gujarat, Indore, Jaipur, Nagpur, Hyderabad, and Chennai, we deliver within 2-3 working days. In other cities, we deliver within 4-5 working days.

How can I track my order?

1. Login > My Account > My Orders
2. Select the order you wish to track
3. You will be able to check the status and estimated delivery date over there.You will also receive the tracking details on your registered Email ID/ Whatsapp number once your order has been dispatched.

What are your payment modes?

You can pay through NEFT/ UPI/ Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Wallets/ Cash On Delivery.

Do I get any discounts for online payment?

Yes, you get Flat 8% off on paying via UPI.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, you can pay for your order on delivery.

What are the charges for COD?

The COD option is free of cost. No additional charges requested.

What should I do if my online payment fails?

Please retry making the payment and crosscheck if the details entered are accurate. Any amount debited from your account after a payment failure will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank. You can also use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option if unable to make payment online.

1. Go to My Account > My Orders
2. You’ll see an option to Return alongside your recent orders.
Once you have placed a request for return, you will receive a confirmation call from our Customer Care team to facilitate the same.

If the size doesn’t fit, can I exchange?

Yes, you can request return through ‘My Orders’ section on our website. Our Customer Support team will contact you for further procedure.

When will I receive my refund

Once the order has been picked up from your address, refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours.

If I had placed an order on Cash on Delivery, how will I receive my refund?

Once the refund has been initiated, you will receive a link on your registered WhatsApp number to enter the preferred account details for refund transaction.

How can I cancel my order?

You will receive an order confirmation message on WhatsApp immediately after placing the order. It includes an option to cancel the order.
